Charity events

The Old Brewery Mission’s benefit events are an opportunity for our community to come together and raise funds to support the homelessness cause. The success of our mission depends on you.

Gala Mission pour Elles

The Gala Mission pour Elles is an event that rallies members of the Montreal community around a common goal: to raise funds for the Old Brewery Mission’s women’s services.

The 2024 edition was co-chaired by Robyn Cohen, Marketing Director at Modico Canada Ltd., and Lara Nourcy, Executive Vice-President and Leader in Individual Insurance and Financial Services at Beneva.

The next edition of the Gala Mission pour Elles will take place in 2026.

Ken Reed Golf Tournament

The Old Brewery Mission was pleased to welcomed you on August 5 to enjoy a day of fun on the greens of the prestigious Beaconsfield Golf Club for the 21st annual Ken Reed Golf Tournament, presented by The Tenaquip Foundation.

The event raised $281,301 for the Old Brewery Mission's programs aimed at helping people experiencing homelessness get off the streets in a sustainable way.

Day of skiing

The Day of skiing, is a private event organized by Michael Zakuta in collaboration with CIBC, in support of the Old Brewery Mission and its commitment to the cause of homelessness, was a great success.

In March 2025, real estate industry leaders gathered at Owl’s Head for a memorable day of skiing, followed by a cocktail luncheon where Old Brewery Mission’s initiatives and projects were highlighted. Thanks to their generosity, the event raised $81,350.73 to support people experiencing homelessness.

The 2026 edition is already in the works!
