As a human resources, finance, communications and public relations, information technology or project management professional, you can help us accomplish our mission of breaking the cycle of homelessness.

Intervention team
Our intervention teams in our prevention, emergency and rehousing services work with the people experiencing homelessness who use our services and help them achieve sustainable reaffiliation.
There are many types of positions available, depending on your experience and interests: outreach, psychosocial support, urban health, facilitation, supervision of services, coordination of services.
Position: part-time, full-time or on-call
Schedule: day, evening, night, weekdays or weekends

Maintenance team
The Facilities and Maintenance Department keeps our environment clean and functional for our clients and staff, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is responsible for regular maintenance, renovations and cleaning.
The majority of our clients stay in our various pavilions. It is our duty to provide them with clean, stable and safe accommodations so that we can help them achieve housing stability.

Food Services
The food service team is an important part of the Old Brewery Mission, meeting a basic need of our clients. In many of our pavilions, residents receive three meals a day.
Dishwashing and kitchen jobs provide experience and opportunities for internal advancement.

Much of the funding that enables the Old Brewery Mission to fulfill its mission comes from private donors. The philanthropic development team plays a vital role in our organization.
